Note: Due to U.S. Department of Homeland Security requirements, our travel agent must submit to airlines copies of all NP:J participants’ passport photo pages 60 days prior to departure. Therefore, your group’s passport copies must be post-marked to NP:J by March 16, 2009. Any copies received late will require special administrative attention thereby incurring a $50 late fee. (Please see Important Details document.)

STUDY THEME SELECTION:
New Perspectives: Japan is a three-phase study abroad program which is customized to suit your interests. That means that you and your
students will contribute to the creation of your NP:J experience. Customization of your NP:J experience begins when you and your school
group choose one of the seven NP:J study themes offered this year.

Each tour is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the first choice tour is oversubscribed, your group will be placed in the next tour
date choice available. Conversely, if a tour does not attract a certain number of participants, the tour may be cancelled.
